Are you an experienced Physiotherapist with a passion for orthopaedics? Dunedin Hospital is offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic inpatient Allied Health team, where your expertise will contribute to high-quality patient outcomes and service innovation.

About the role
As a key member of our orthopaedic team, you'll work across acute/trauma and elective surgical specialties in a fast-paced tertiary care environment.
You'll be responsible for:
- managing and prioritising a diverse inpatient caseload
- delivering expert physiotherapy assessment and intervention
- collaborating with a committed inter-professional team
- providing education and learning opportunities to empower junior staff
- mentoring students, junior staff, and Allied Health Assistants
- supporting weekend shifts and participating in the on-call roster.

About you
You are a motivated and enthusiastic team player:
- with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- with experience in inpatient physiotherapy, ideally with an orthopaedic focus
- with a proactive approach to learning and service development
- with skills in task delegation and interprofessional collaboration (desirable)
- who on identifying opportunities for growth, implementing evidence-based changes, and driving excellence in service delivery.
You'll bring energy, initiative, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
