Our Hornby based client is seeking an experienced administrator with skills in resource allocation

Police and drug/alcohol testing and reference checking will be undertaken.

- Directly coordinate customer service requests.
- Communicate progress promptly and proactively to customers.
- Control and coordinate the allocation of resources (technical personnel within the assigned area) for the execution of requested services.
- Monitor and maximize the efficiency of scheduled services based on workload and available resources (efficient use of technicians).
- Provide support to the technical staff for the execution of requested services (entry documentation, insurance, rentals, etc.).
- Assist in service cost estimations along with the administrator and the sales representative assigned to the customer.
- Perform administrative tasks inherent to the position (service expense control, technician time tracking, etc.).
- Track the status of OPS (spare parts status, delivery, etc.) for customers in the assigned area.
- Receive documentation related to the OP (settlements, hours used, etc.) and confirm their closure and invoicing with the service administrator.
- Comply with environmental care regulations and current legal provisions (DS-055, Law 29783).
