Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a key operational role. Whether you’ve run a crushing plant before or come from a background with relevant experience (e.g. machinery operation, control rooms, production or plant environments), we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

Operate and monitor the crushing plant from the control tower.

Use camera systems to oversee conveyor belts and plant performance.

Use not only cameras but also your eyes and ears to detect signs of blockages, jams, or faults—stay alert to anything unusual.

Identify issues and take action - pause the plant and alert drivers and engineers when needed.

Start up the plant in the morning and maintain operations throughout the day.

Stay alert and safety-focused while working independently in the control tower.

What We’re Looking For:

Extremely reliable – consistent attendance is a must. This role is vital to daily operations, and we need someone who can be counted on every day without fail.

No direct plant operating experience required, but you’ll need:

A background in machinery, industrial, mining, or production settings.

Confidence working independently and managing a process from start to finish.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, alert, and safety-first mindset.
