🏠 Key Duties Include:
- Plastering internal walls and ceilings to a high finish
- GIB fixing and GIB stopping (levels 4 & 5)
- Patching, skimming, and surface preparation
- Finishing coats and sanding
- Minor repairs and surface restoration
- Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations
- Cleaning and maintaining workspaces
- Relevant trade qualification or 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Proven ability to work unsupervised and complete jobs to a high standard
- Solid experience with GIB fixing and stopping
- Comfortable working in occupied homes with respect and cleanliness
- Good understanding of building and safety regulations
- Own tools preferred
- Own transport essential
- Strong reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude
- Good communication and time management skills
- Pay negotiable based on skills and experience
