Job Title: Plumber Location: Napier Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in Napier. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial structures. - Inspect plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts. - Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. - Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other team members on site. - Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and health and safety standards.
Qualifications: -Registered plumber - Valid plumbing licence - Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duration: Minimum 9-12 months. For the successful candidate, the client will supply a company vehicle, laptop, tablet and a cellphone.
