About the Role

The Product Manager - Hospital & Campus Management provides strategic and operational leadership of digital products and applications that support hospital operations and campus-wide services at a national level. Operating across complex clinical and business environments, the role partners with clinical leaders, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure digital solutions drive operational efficiency and improved health outcomes. With accountability for large national teams, the Product Manager leads the delivery and continuous improvement of products within their portfolio, ensuring they meet the day-to-day needs of the business. This includes oversight of service performance, system maintenance, and enhancement, while working closely with Product Owners, Application Managers, and Delivery teams to align digital capabilities with organisational priorities.

About the Team/Service/ Location

The Product Manager - Hospital & Campus Management reports into the Portfolio Group Manager - Hospital & Campus Management, which sits within the Digital Applications & Products function, part of the wider Digital Services function. Digital Applications & Products is focused on reducing duplication and improving alignment across application and product teams, with a strong emphasis on maintaining stability, security, and reliability. The function delivers standard change and supports minor change alongside the Digital Delivery function, prioritising reliability and consistency across services. Teams are structured around the applications and products they support, enabling standardised processes and nationally consistent outcomes. Organised into service portfolios and domains, this structure ensures delivery is aligned to clinical and operational needs while advancing national standardisation efforts.

About you

As an experienced product leader or digital delivery professional, you'll bring expertise in managing complex programmes and delivering digital solutions in Agile environments. You will have experience working with clinicians, stakeholders, and technical teams to drive outcomes and lead high-performing teams. You will also have the following skills and experience to support your success in the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading product management (or experience in a equivilent senior application management role).
  • 10-12 years experience working in product ownership and management (or equivilent application management roles).
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex software products to market.
  • Extensive experience in managing large and complex portfolios of projects and initiatives.
