Production Assistant

What will you do?....

🥧 Pastry Room Assistant

• Assist with pastry preparation and baking – measuring, mixing, and handling dough with consistency.
• Follow recipes precisely and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Work in a warm kitchen environment, communicating and cooperating closely with the team.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic workspace in line with food safety standards.
• Perform repetitive tasks with focus, accuracy, and attention to detail.

🎁 Machine Operator (Packaging Room)

• Operate and monitor automated machines for wrapping, sealing, and boxing food products.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure packaging, temperature, and appearance meet standards.
• Stack trays and load/unload items from conveyors – must be physically fit and capable.
• Work efficiently in a cold environment, staying alert and proactive to avoid errors or machine issues.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene protocols throughout your shift.

• ✅ Physically fit & capable. Expect a mix of lifting, bending, stacking trays, and being on your feet for most of the shift. It’s active work, so you’ll need good stamina.
• ✅ Team player attitude. This isn’t a solo gig. The team is tight-knit and supportive, but they expect you to pull your weight and get stuck in.
• ✅ ATTITUDE & Willingness to learn. You don’t need experience, but you do need the right mindset and be committed. If you’re teachable and show effort, they’ll back you all the way.
• ✅ Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, clean and tidy work habits and solid time management.
• ✅ Having a strict commitment to food safety, working efficiently without cutting corners is essential.
