About the Role.
We’re looking for a Production Flow & Goods Inwards Coordinator who thrives on getting things organised and keeping operations running like clockwork.
This hands on role would suit someone with a strong background in logistics, stock control, inventory or warehouse/stores work someone who’s practical, highly organised, and enjoys working with people to get the job done.
You’ll be at the heart of our production process, making sure materials are in the right place at the right time, managing stock and sub assemblies, and keeping the factory floor supplied and flowing efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process incoming deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Manage stock, consumables, and inventory using MYOB Acumatica (training provided).
• Build and assemble sub components as needed.
• Supply workstations with the right parts and documentation ahead of production.
• Work closely with production teams, purchasing, and goods inwards staff.
• Suggest improvements to systems and processes.
• Help maintain a safe, tidy, and well organised workshop.
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience in logistics, stock control, inventory or warehouse/stores roles
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Great communication skills, you enjoy working with people across the business
• A team first mindset, you pitch in and support others
• Forklift licence (or willingness to get one)
• Gantry crane ticket (or willingness to get one)
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
