Production Machine Operator

We’re on the lookout for experienced Production Machine Operators who know what it takes to work in high hygiene, high standards environments. If you’ve worked in food manufacturing, dairy, or pharmaceutical production, we want to hear from you!

What's in it for you:

• $27 per hour, dependent on specific experience
• This is a full-time ongoing PERMANENT position
• You'll be working a 2-2-3 roster. Either 12 hour days or night shifts from 5.45 AM to 6 PM, or 5.45 PM to 6AM.
• Location in Mangere / Airport Oaks area

You’ll need to have a great mechanical mindset, be confident in running production equipment, and know how to keep things running smoothly and safely. Cleanliness and food safety are a must, and you’ll be a team player who understands that quality and safety come first.

You will need:

• Previous experience in machine operation or production line work, ideally in a high hygiene environment (infant formula, food, pharma, FMCG – all a bonus!)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve equipment issues
• A good understanding of food safety, GMP, and what it takes to work in a clean, controlled factory environment
• Reliability and teamwork. We’ll ask for 2 solid references who back you all the way.
• To be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• A strong work ethic and a great attitude!
