The Role:
As a key part of the production team, your role will be responsible in delivering high-quality products. You will be operating various production processes, ensure product quality, and communicate effectively with your team and customers.
- Rotating 12 hour shifts – three day shifts & two night shifts, then four days off
- Monitor and maintain product tracking, ensuring quality standards are met
- Operate machinery
- Work collaboratively to achieve production, quality, and safety goals
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
- Experienced with working in a rotating shift schedule
- Mechanical minded and ability to operate tools or machinery
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina and logical problem-solving abilities
- A full Class 1 Driving licence
- Able to pass a drug test
- Clean criminal record
