The Role
As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in preparing and maintaining equipment, supporting production operations, and ensuring all activities meet GMP and safety standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where precision, reliability, and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve production targets through:
  • Performing day-to-day activities related to the production processes
  • Recording all work and test results accurately and in real-time
  • Supporting routine plant checks and water sampling
  • Cleaning, preparing, and making equipment available as per schedule
  • Supervising Assistant Technicians in equipment-related duties
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects
  • Assisting with warehouse operations and production waste handling
  • Reviewing and updating SOPs and BPS documents
Ensure Quality & GMP Compliance by:
  • Adhering to all GMP and site quality management procedures
  • Participating in internal quality audits
  • Maintaining clean and compliant workspaces
Promote Safety by:
  • Attending all required safety and awareness training
  • Participating in safety audits and reporting hazards/incidents
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and strong focus on documentation accuracy
  • Confident with computers and good math skills
  • Highly organised and process-driven
  • A reliable team player with a proactive mindset
  • NZ resident or citizen
