Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for supporting complex projects and programmes? We are seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to join our dynamic IIG Delivery Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth coordination of multiple health infrastructure projects across our portfolio.

About the Role

As the Programme Coordinator, you will work closely with Project and Programme Managers to provide essential coordination and support across a diverse range of projects. You will utilise professional project methodologies to help ensure the successful delivery of programmes, assist in key decision-making processes, and provide administrative support across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the review and sign-off of project documentation and contracts.
  • Coordinate monthly IIG reporting requirements and track input timeliness.
  • Support Project Managers in the IIG Delivery Team.
  • Organise and support project and programme meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes.
  • Maintain decision registers and assist with documentation production.
  • Assist in onboarding new suppliers and ensure health and safety requirements are in place.
  • Support the management of vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Coordinate payments and assist in processing vendor invoices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using organisational templates and tools.
  • Maintain structured and accessible file and folder systems for audit readiness.
  • Coordinate project assurance reviews and handover documentation.
  • Provide general office and team support including stock monitoring and ordering.

About You

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent project coordination experience within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple projects and teams concurrently.
  • Sound knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planview.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated experience in schedule/diary management and vendor payment processing.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Desired Experience

  • Familiarity with public sector project environments.
  • Experience working within the healthcare or health infrastructure sectors.
