Contract: Full time, 24 months fixed term

About the Role
This role will work closely with project teams to plan and deliver quality project management processes as well as providing administrative support to the wider Hospital Network programme team and work programme. You will support project planning and scheduling of resources for the Hospital Network programme and Front of Whare projects.
You will be crucial to successful project delivery by supporting governance processes and requirements including meeting administration, project plans documentation and administrative support for impacted services and stakeholders. The salary for this position is covered by the PSA Admin, $75,201 to $83,092 pending expertise and skillsets.
About the Team/Service Location
Health New Zealand Capital Coast & Hutt Valley District is planning for, and implementing, significant change across a number of infrastructure, service and operational change programmes. The Hospital Network Programme is developing our network of hospitals across the district. The immediate focus is on the Wellington Regional Hospital ED Refurbishment project (Front of Whare) that will relocate and expand our Emergency Department and a number of other acute services on the Wellington Regional Hospital site. It is major multi-year infrastructure project, involving significant change for our services, staff and patients. The longer-term focus involves planning for future development of our hospital sites and services.
About you
You will have:
- Proven administration skills
- Knowledge of quality standards and project lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting and delivering project work
- Experience of working in a Programme / Project Management environment
- Excellent use of MS Office, MS Teams
