We seek a Programme Coordinator who brings expertise working on Cloud based projects / programmes.

- Create comprehensive programme plans (digital and physical) that outline tasks, timelines, and milestones
- Ensure that all programme activities align with the strategic goals of the organisation
- Regularly track progress against the plan and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track
- Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, needs and expectations
- Communicate regular updates on programme status, addressing any concerns or questions
- Set realistic expectations and manage any changes in scope or timelines effectively.
- Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently across projects to avoid conflicts and bottlenecks
- Monitor resource utilisation and make adjustments to optimise productivity
- Address any resource conflicts promptly to maintain programme momentum.
- Provide detailed and comprehensive reports on programme progress, risks, and issues to the Cloud Programme Manager, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making
- Ensure that all programme documentation meets organisational standards, is accurate, and is kept up to date, facilitating easy access and reference
- Maintain regular updates and documentation of all programme activities, changes, and milestones to ensure a clear and consistent record of the programme's evolution
- Capture accurate minutes, decisions, and actions from meetings, including programme steering committee meetings
- Minimum 2 years programme and / or project coordination experience.
- Proven programme and / or project coordination experience covering software delivery and cloud projects and programmes.
- Proven experience producing accurate reporting, minutes, and recording of actions and
decisions. - Excellent skills in building and fostering strong internal and external relationships.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- A good understanding of Agile and Waterfall project and programme delivery principles and
practices - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics Business Central, SharePoint and/or
M365 is a plus but not essential
