We're looking for an experienced Programme Scheduler who can bring structure, visibility, and confidence to our delivery landscape.

As our Programme Scheduler, you'll be the custodian of our integrated programme schedule - bringing together multiple workstreams, projects, and interdependencies into a cohesive, transparent delivery roadmap. You'll champion planning excellence, support robust governance, and lead the development and improvement of scheduling tools, frameworks, and practices.

You'll work closely with the Programme Director, Project Managers, Workstream Leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure timelines are realistic, aligned, and continuously updated to reflect the true state of play. You'll also provide critical reporting and insights to support executive decision-making, risk management, and assurance.

This is a fixed term opportunity until 24 April 2026, to start immediately.

The salary band for this role is $ 108,140 - $120,160 depending on relevant skills and experience of the candidate.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the programme level integrated schedule and high-level delivery roadmaps
  • Establish and uphold scheduling standards, templates, and planning tools
  • Ensure programme and project schedules meet governance, audit, and compliance expectations
  • Map interdependencies across the portfolio and track milestones, critical paths, and performance
  • Facilitate planning workshops and schedule reviews with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Provide expert reporting and insights to drive transparent, data-led decisions
  • Continuously improve scheduling practices, frameworks, and capability across the delivery teams

  • Proven experience in enterprise-level scheduling in a complex programme environment
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, PSODA)
  • Strong understanding of project governance frameworks, lifecycle phases, and delivery assurance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex interdependencies and prioritise competing demands
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
  • A solutions-focused mindset
