About the opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting engineering and construction projects. Working closely with project managers and engineers, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial and administrative project processes run smoothly, enabling successful project delivery from start to finish.

Role description:

The Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end project administration process, including cost tracking, invoicing, subcontractor claims, reporting, and general coordination tasks. The role combines financial oversight with hands-on project support and office coordination duties.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support project teams with cost tracking, claims, and contract admin

  • Manage invoices, account reconciliations, and cost systems

  • Assist with cashflow reports, safety and quality documentation

  • Provide general project admin including travel, orders, and meeting minutes

  • Maintain CRM and assist with quote preparation and sales admin

  • Help manage website updates and social media content

  • Support office operations and coordinate internal communications

This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities: 

  • Project cost admin experience in the construction sector

  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in project software

  • Construction contract admin experience

  • Self-managed, organised, and good with people

  • Passion for the engineering or construction industry
