Mō te tūnga | About the role
The Project Coordinator supports the Governance, Planning and Programmes Team and Programme Manager in the delivery of projects, and the administration of key corporate processes relating to governance, portfolio oversight, and risk and assurance management.
The Governance, Planning and Programme team works in partnership with HUD teams on significant, complex, challenging and/or transformational projects ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed parameters of scope, time, cost, and quality.
The Governance, Planning and Programme team also administers HUD's corporate committees, manages HUDs risk and assurance processes, and leads HUD's business planning and portfolio oversight processes.
Working closely with the team and Programme Manager, the Project Coordinator will support the team's work through:
-Communication and engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders and interested parties to gather and share information
-Arranging project workshops and meetings
-Preparing documentation for project or governance committee meetings, taking minutes and managing action logs
-Providing support to project and programme managers with respect to project controls and reporting
-Assisting with the management and development of information databases
-Ensuring a high standard of project administration and co-ordination is provided to successfully deliver the desired project outcomes.
In conjunction with the wider Governance, Planning and Programmes Team, the Project Co-ordinator ensures that the Team uses recognised project management and administration principles and approaches.' They play a key role in creating and maintaining project delivery templates, processes and methodologies.'
The salary range for this role is $64,782-$79,179 + 3% Kiwisaver contribution.
