H2R Technology is partnering with a well established company to find a proactive and detail driven Project Coordinator to join their team.
This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity with strong potential for extension and flexible hours (30 hours/week across 4 or 5 days) to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor programmes of work, registers, and project milestones
- Record and manage meeting minutes, decisions, and action items
- Support the Project Manager and leadership team with day-to-day delivery
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project activities
- Manage stakeholder relationships across departments
- Book travel and provide general project coordination support
- Update intranet content and project documentation
- Maintain a proactive and professional approach to project administration
We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years previous experience in project coordination or project administration
- Background supporting technology-focused or digital projects
- Knowledge of Agile environments and working within structured delivery teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills
