H2R Technology is partnering with a well established company to find a proactive and detail driven Project Coordinator to join their team.

This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity with strong potential for extension and flexible hours (30 hours/week across 4 or 5 days) to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor programmes of work, registers, and project milestones
  • Record and manage meeting minutes, decisions, and action items
  • Support the Project Manager and leadership team with day-to-day delivery
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project activities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across departments
  • Book travel and provide general project coordination support
  • Update intranet content and project documentation
  • Maintain a proactive and professional approach to project administration


We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years previous experience in project coordination or project administration
  • Background supporting technology-focused or digital projects
  • Knowledge of Agile environments and working within structured delivery teams
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
