Project Lead

Grada Recruitment has partnered with one of Auckland’s most respected and design-led architectural studios, known for their award-winning portfolio and strong design culture. With a number of exciting projects reactivating and new work coming into the studio, they're ready to grow their team with a talented and driven Project Lead.

This is a rare chance to take ownership of standout projects from concept to completion. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio, including high-end residential homes, boutique commercial spaces, and medium-density developments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design and delivery of bespoke residential and commercial projects
• Guide project teams and mentor junior staff
• Work directly with clients and consultants
• Drive design innovation in a supportive, design-focused studio
• Play a key role in shaping the built environment across Auckland

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ NZ experience in practice (residential and/or commercial)
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience running projects on site, ideally from early concept to delivery
• Strong understanding of NZ Building Code, NZS3604, and planning processes
• Exposure to medium-density, mixed-use, or industrial projects is a plus
• Either a Registered Architect or Senior Graduate, ready to step up
