H2R Technology are looking for Project Managers with HRIS/Payroll experience for a couple of different opportunities that we have available within the Wellington region.
Although the preference for both is for for a Fixed Term Resource, it may be possible for one of the opportunities to be a contractor resources (We’ll exhaust the FTC options first).
Technologies:
Workday, Datapay & SAP, ELMO, MYOB, TechnologyOne
The roles involve greenfield implementations of an HRIS System so having end-to-end project delivery experience would be essential. The ability to really partner and engage across the HR/Payroll functions would be imperative to this success of this implementation as will making sure all business readiness collateral is ready to go.
What we’re looking for is:
A a PM that understands Holidays Act Compliance, had implemented cloud based systems and can demonstrate the following:
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of the HRIS/Payroll project
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors
- Change Management: Support training, communication, and user adoption across the organisation
- Project Governance:Manage risks and budgets, and monitor progress
- System Quality: Ensure configuration, testing, and data migration meet required standards
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR/payroll processes
