My client, a leading civil contractor, is seeking a talented Project Manager / Business Development Manager to join their growing team and drive success across land development and subdivision projects.
Christchurch is getting busier and this is a newly created position offering a unique blend of project delivery and business growth responsibilities. You will be responsible for leading and managing land development and subdivision projects from inception through to completion. As part of your role you will also be responsible for development and promotion of the land development business within the region. Building and strengthening relationships with private sector clients, local authorities and other stakeholders will be a major part of your day to day routine.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience delivering land development projects, either from a contractor or client perspective.
- Strong leadership and man-management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent client relationship management and networking ability.
- Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
- A passion for growing business opportunities and driving regional success.
