He angitūtanga | The opportunity
EECA's Wellington office is undergoing a property optimisation project across two floors. The goal is to enable more efficient use of the workspace and improve the office work environment to support a more collaborative workspace.
We're looking for a Project Manager to deliver and execute EECA's office transformation plans, with a particular focus on the Wellington office property refurbishment. This role will coordinate activities and communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors while managing plans, budgets and schedules. In addition, this role will also identify and manage potential risks and ensure compliance with statutory and industry requirements.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Extensive project management experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and cost control
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Experience with government procurement processes
Highly Desirable
- Experience working on an accommodation project
