Duties include:

  • Subcontractor and Supplier Management
  • Set project estimates for resource use and cost, manage the project to meet or exceed margins / profit.
  • Ensure jobs are carried out to job specifications, company policies and relevant legislation, codes and regulations.
  • Maintain customer / client relationships and find innovative ways to add value to our customers and meet expectations
  • Prepare a specific programme to achieve the construction dates and milestones
  • Lead and maintain health and safety protocols
  • Manage key stakeholder engagement
  • Manage and develop internal capability

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager within the commercial space
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Ability to use relevant computer software
