What You'll Be Doing
- Managing at least four projects simultaneously – two in operation, two in planning
- Leading and motivating a team of up to 15 staff and subcontractors
- Overseeing watermain fitting and pipe installation works with confidence
- Navigating traffic management, AT requirements, and MyWorksites platforms with ease
- Working with Watercare engineering and material standards
- Communicating with engineers, stakeholders, and clients using exceptional English
- Programming projects alongside a team of five other experienced PMs
- Bringing cultural awareness, empathy, and respect into every aspect of your work
- Understanding and applying NZS 3910 contract requirements
- Proven experience delivering multiple infrastructure projects in a leadership role
- A solid background in planning and programming civil works
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal
- A deep understanding of civil infrastructure, especially in water services
- A passion for working in a people-first, values-driven business
- $120k–$150k salary (depending on experience)
