What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a variety of projects at one time.
- Leading and motivating a team of staff and subcontractors.
- Communicating with engineers, stakeholders, and clients using exceptional English.
- Proven experience delivering multiple infrastructure projects in a leadership role
- A solid background in planning and programming civil works
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal
- A passion for working in a people-first, values-driven business
