We're working with a respected consultancy in central Wellington to find a Junior to Intermediate Project Manager who is ready to transition from design, delivery, or engineering roles into the world of client-side project advisory. You'll contribute to nationally significant civic, commercial and infrastructure projects while being mentored by experienced consultants in a high-trust environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers to support project delivery
  • Assist with procurement and contract administration processes
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, registers and correspondence
  • Monitor progress, quality and cost, escalating risks where appropriate
  • Facilitate project meetings, record minutes and track actions
  • Provide input into programming, feasibility, and resource planning
  • Support project leads with reporting and client updates
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout design and construction phases
