We're working with a respected consultancy in central Wellington to find a Junior to Intermediate Project Manager who is ready to transition from design, delivery, or engineering roles into the world of client-side project advisory. You'll contribute to nationally significant civic, commercial and infrastructure projects while being mentored by experienced consultants in a high-trust environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers to support project delivery
- Assist with procurement and contract administration processes
- Prepare and maintain project reports, registers and correspondence
- Monitor progress, quality and cost, escalating risks where appropriate
- Facilitate project meetings, record minutes and track actions
- Provide input into programming, feasibility, and resource planning
- Support project leads with reporting and client updates
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout design and construction phases
