We're helping a national consultancy grow its Waikato presence by recruiting a Junior-Intermediate Project Manager for their Hamilton office. This role is perfect for professionals in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering who are ready to step into consultancy while remaining close to project delivery.



Role Responsibilities

  • Assist with the delivery of health, education, infrastructure and civic projects
  • Support procurement, tender analysis and contract documentation
  • Coordinate consultants and monitor design and construction progress
  • Track budgets, variations and construction timelines
  • Maintain project registers, client reports and approval documents
  • Attend site visits and project meetings to identify risks or delivery issues
  • Assist with programming, stakeholder coordination and client liaison
  • Provide documentation support across all project phases
