Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Quality Assurance position for a world-renowned engineering firm in Christchurch.  This role can start ASAP and will go for approximately 6 months, however it could go longer for the right candidate. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality assurance duties, checking products/parts
  • Measuring stock/parts
  • A strong commitment to Health & Safety 
  • Input data into Q-Pulse software

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Great attention to detail 
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the engineering field 
  • Be able to competently read engineering drawings 
  • Preferably have experience using Q-Pulse system (Quality Management software)
  • Strong communicational skills
  • Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe)
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
