Job Description

Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator who enjoys supporting a busy team? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new? As the face of our business, you'll be located at the front desk, greeting and assisting visitors, staff, and interview candidates as they arrive. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, clients, and anyone who walks through our doors, so we’re looking for someone who is not only professional and efficient, but also approachable, upbeat, and welcoming.

We’re a friendly, down-to-earth team who love a bit of banter and don’t take ourselves too seriously, so if you’re someone who enjoys a laugh, thrives in a fun and social environment, and can bring great energy to the office, you’ll fit right in!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Team Support

• Provide administrative support to consultants, including those working remotely

• Enter and manage candidate data, ensuring all forms are complete and accurate

• Maintain and update our database with client and candidate details

• Assist with reference checking and consultant paperwork

• Answer incoming calls and handle reception duties

• Schedule and log client and candidate visits

Candidate Support

• Welcome and assist walk-in candidates with application forms

• Ensure all candidate information is up to date, including references and bank details

• Make follow-up and aftercare calls to candidates and clients

General Administration

• Conduct ID checks, criminal record checks, and qualification verifications

• Process bank details and manage timesheets

• Maintain office records and compliance documentation

• Take care of general office upkeep and cleaning duties

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, bubbly personality with a natural ability to make people feel welcome

• Confident communicator who loves engaging with people

• Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills

• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Comfortable using social media platforms

• Someone who thrives in a dynamic team environment and can juggle multiple tasks
