Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a professional reception experience
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide technology support
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Maintain meeting rooms and ensure spaces are tidy and well-presented
  • Provide general admin support, including data entry, word processing, and assisting with events as needed

Skills & experience

  • Previous experience in a reception or a client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • Confident using MS Office and comfortable with meeting technology and video conferencing
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
