Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role

Our Integrated Recovery team helps clients who've been unemployed long-term and have good rehabilitation prospects. Each client will have a dedicated Recovery Coordinator for individual support in recovering from injuries. Coordinators work with providers, employers, and communities to facilitate recovery and remove barriers. Integrated Recovery assists clients with claims over 365 days.

  • You might currently be an administrator or involved in a customer-focused industry, aiming to advance your career. Since our client base is diverse, we strive to reflect the communities we serve.   • Excellent listening and communication skills - You can balance being engaging and supportive while explaining complex technical details to clients in an understandable manner and discern unspoken concerns.

  • Full clean New Zealand driver's license - There may be occasions when you need to travel to clients who cannot come to one of our locations.
  • Experience in case management or working in the public sector is beneficial but not necessary!

The starting salary for this role is $70,000 PLUS a 9% superannuation contribution, and we conduct annual performance reviews linked to pay increases.
