Provide admin support to a busy Recruitment Manager. Coordinate new hires into roles that positively influence society.

Hours, Location, Duration
- This is a Temp role providing support during a busy period and covering someone moving into another team internally
- Starting as soon as possible i.e in the next week
- 3 months (approx.) in duration, with potential to extend longterm
- Based 100% in office
- Mondays to Fridays
- 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm
- Close to Ellerslie Train Station, bus stops at the gate – Parking available on a first come, first service basis
- Admin support to Recruitment Manager
- Candidate Phone screening
- Meeting & greeting candidates who arrive for interviews
- Coordinating interviews for candidates
- Reference checking
- Updating the HR system
- Liaising with candidates around their applications
- Adhoc admin support to wider Recruitment/HR team
- Start as soon as possible with potential opportunity to extend

- Must be a NZ Citizen or NZ Resident
- Must be able to start a new role straightaway
- Must have Recruitment Admin experience
- Have an understanding and appreciate of Māori or Pasifika cultural norms
- Te Reo Maori or Pacific Island language skills a huge bonus but not essential
- Available for at least 3 months ideally
- Quick to pick things up, juggle multiple systems and tech savvy
- Able to work at pace to support a very busy recruitment Manager!
- Adaptable, proactive and pride yourself on your attention to detail
