About the role
You’ll work closely with a team of Recruitment Consultants, providing essential support to ensure candidates are processed quickly, compliance is on point, and clients receive outstanding service. This role is busy, varied, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supporting consultants with candidate management and bookings
  • Maintaining compliance and documentation for all temporary staff
  • Coordinating shifts, rosters, and availability for large accounts
  • Assisting with onboarding, inductions, and health & safety checks
  • Handling a high volume of phone calls and emails from clients and candidates
  • General administration to keep everything running smoothly
About you:
  • Experience in office administration and customer service.
  • Excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confident with systems and databases
  • A team player who can keep calm under pressure
