What you’ll be doing

• Driving a live, high-performing civil construction desk—clients ready, roles ready, momentum built.
• Building and deepening relationships with contractors, consultancies, and project owners across Canterbury.
• Sourcing, (with the support of 2 candidate managers) civil candidates including Drivers, Digger Operators, Traffic Controllers and skilled workers into long term temporary positions who keep the region’s infrastructure moving.
• Being the face of the brand—Monday to Friday in-office, out on site when it counts.
