Recruitment Consultant - Civil Construction

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who thrives on building client relationships and National Accounts as well as new business in Christchurch.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving sales – developing new business and winning new clients
• Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates in the Civil & Construction sector
• Managing and growing a busy temp desk with plenty of opportunity
• Matching the right people to the right roles – fast, at scale, and with quality
• Becoming a trusted partner to both clients and candidates

• Proven success in sales, business development, or agency recruitment (Civil & Construction experience highly valued)
