Your focus? Supporting candidate journeys in the Trades sector and working closely with recruitment consultants to ensure we’re always ahead of the game when it comes to top talent.
What you’ll be doing:
• Creating job ads that are on brand, that stand out and attract the right people.
• Screening and interviewing candidates to find the best match.
• Creating and maintaining talent pools that wow the team.
• Helping with pastoral care to ensure overseas candidates feel supported and valued.
• Partnering with consultants so they can focus on placements while you handle sourcing like a pro.

• You’ve worked in recruitment and know how to spot quality candidates.
