About the role:
- Provide a high standard of nursing care to colorectal patients
- Use knowledge-based practice and patient centred nursing approach
- Collaborate across both inpatients and outpatients alongside our Clinical Nurse Specialist, this is a challenging and rewarding area of work
- Advocate for patients and strive to improve efficiency in the patient journey

About you:
- Current registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council and a current APC
- Must already hold the right to work in New Zealand
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with other professionals
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
- The ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution focused
- Previous surgical experience is essential

Salary range
This role belongs to the NZNO Collective Agreement and falls between Step 2 ($81,683 p.a) and Step 7 ($106,739 p.a pro-rata) of the RN Scale.
