  • Permanent, Full-time 80 hour’s per fortnight (1FTE)

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse within our Community Mental Health & Addictions team, you will provide holistic, client-centred care to support individuals and their whānau in their recovery journey. You’ll work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting, supporting service users through comprehensive assessment, planning, and implementation of individualised care plans. This role combines clinical expertise with community-based practice to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and equitable mental health services.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a valid APC.
  • A minimum of three years' recent experience in mental health nursing.
  • A postgraduate qualification in Mental Health & Addictions (or working towards).
  • Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and caseload management skills.

Desirable:

  • Preceptorship or DAO experience.
  • PDRP portfolio at Proficient level or above.
  • A current full NZ driver’s licence.
