Location: Based out of Porirua - Puketiro Centre
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 1 FTE (40hrs per week)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity to work with Māori Adults with enduring mental health issues and their whanau to enable them to achieve their potential, you will be supported to blend clinical and cultural concepts to achieve desired outcomes, working alongside Kaumatua & Kuia.
About the Team/Service Location
Te Whare Mārie provides effective and appropriate treatment by blending clinical and cultural paradigm. We cover from Peka Peka through to Poneke - excluding Hutt Valley. Our Child & Adolescent service is based onsite and are part of the wider Te Whare Mārie whanau. We also regularly work out of other CMHT bases.

About you
- Must have postgraduate training in Psychiatric care.
- Sound mental health and Risk assessment skills.
- Team Player.
- Open to learning.
- Be confident in making effective decisions in challenging and complex situations.
- Registration with Nursing Council of New Zealand (NCN).
- A current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
