About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Orthopaedic Ward, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing a range of surgical procedures. You’ll work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, clinical excellence and continuous learning. Your days will be varied and rewarding, with opportunities to expand your skills and contribute to positive outcomes for patients recovering from orthopaedic surgery.

This 0.5 FTE role is rostered and rotating, including weekends and public holidays—offering variety, professional development, and the satisfaction of making a daily impact.

About you

As a Registered Nurse, you will bring:

  • Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
  • Surgical nursing experience, ideally in orthopaedics.
  • A passion for delivering patient-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work rostered shifts including weekends and public holidays.
