About the role:
- Work independently and in collaboration with other health professionals to provide a wide variety of clinics, including fracture
- Provide direction and delegation to HCAs and student nurses
- Opportunity to work with management to shape the delivery of services to the community of Ōamaru
- Assess patient health needs, provide safe care and advice for people to manage their health
- Work with service leader to manage policies, procedures and stock

About you:
- Current registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council and a current APC
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with other professionals
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
- The ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution focused
- Recent experience in an acute setting

Salary range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the expired NZNO CEA and the salary will be in accordance with the RN Pay Scale, between Step 2 $81,683 and Step 7 $106,739 p.a pro-rata.
