H2R Consulting are excited to be partnering with Business Central to locate a new Relationship Manager. We are looking for someone commercially sharp and sales-savvy, with a clear understanding of the challenges businesses face.

You must be people-focused, confident networking, and can build rapport with just about anyone – making you a natural at representing an organisation and growing its presence in the business community.

Business Central helps Kiwi organisations in the central and lower North Island thrive by supporting, facilitating and representing business. Their range of services for members includes employment and legal advice, learning and development training, solutions focused advocacy and a busy calendar of business events. Key responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with SME clients across multiple sectors
- Grow and leverage off an existing client base of loyal customers
- Identify client needs and offer tailored business support solutions
- Proactively generate new business through outreach and networking
- Meet and exceed individual targets for client acquisition and retention
- Represent the organisation at business forums, events, and meetings
- Collaborate internally to ensure consistent client delivery and service
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, or business development
- Deep understanding of New Zealand’s SME business landscape
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust within a business quickly
- Commercially astute and confident presenting or discussing tailored solutions to a wide range of people
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed (across your region)
The package:
- Base salary of $90,000.
- Performance-based incentive payment.
