Permanent, Monday to Friday 

80 hours per fortnight (1.0FTE)


We are seeking a skilled Co-ordinator to provide cover for planned leave and to assist our Booking team on a daily basis

Our teams co-ordinate the Outpatient and Surgical bookings so you will need to an effective communicator, have excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Naturally you will be able to recognise the needs, aims and aspirations of whanau from all culturally diverse groups within our community and share in our values of He kauanuanu – Respect, Ākina – Improvement,  Rāranga te tira – Teamwork and Tauwhiro – Care

We are ideally looking for someone with experience in a busy role, and it is essential that you have the following skills:

Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Power point) and related functions and generally be computer savvy with the ability to learn the other software packages used.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people - internally and externally.

·
Ability to work well under pressure

·
Multi-tasking & Organisational abilities

·
Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise your own workload, as well as work as part of the team.

·
Outstanding customer service skills.

You will be required to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information and have a strong attention to detail.
