  • 12 months Fixed Term, Full-time 80 hour’s per fortnight (1 FTE)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relief Booking Co-ordinator to provide cover for planned leave and to assist our Booking team on a daily basis. This role is Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

 

About the Team/Service/ Location

Our teams co-ordinate the Outpatient and Surgical bookings so you will need to an effective communicator, have excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

About you

We are ideally looking for someone with experience in a busy role, and it is essential that you have the following skills:

  • Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Power point) and related functions and generally be computer savvy with the ability to learn the other software packages used.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people - internally and externally.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Multi-tasking & Organisational abilities
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise your own workload, as well as work as part of the team.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.

 

You will be required to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information and have a strong attention to detail. It would be an advantage if you have previous experience working in the health sector.
