About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
As a Resolution Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our Review Specialists and managing the tasks assigned to you. Our days are fast paced, involving the processing of a high volume of work to support both our team and our clients, helping them get back on their feet. There's always an opportunity to make a difference and share a laugh or two along the way. This position offers a great opportunity to enhance your organisational and time management skills.
We're looking for kaimahi to join our Service Delivery teams around the motu so we can continue to meet the demands of the growth in claims volumes, support change interventions underway and execute on initiatives in the Rehabilitation Performance Improvement Programme (RPIP).
We know a large proportion of our workforce is still building capability as they've only been with ACC or in their current role for less than 12 months. By bringing more people into Service Delivery we can support the ongoing development of our kaimahi to grow and develop in their current roles.

You can work independently while being part of a supportive team. Our team is based in various locations throughout New Zealand, yet we maintain a close-knit and supportive environment. You are proactive and willing to take the initiative to reach out to team members for assistance whenever needed.
- Proven experience in an administrative and/or customer service role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with databases.
- Process-driven with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-starter who is keen to learn and take on challenges.

The appointing salary for this role is $61,766 plus 9% superannuation contribution.
