You’ll be the third member of a small, collaborative team, playing a key role in managing resource consent applications across a diverse range of projects. Your work will include preparing and lodging consents, providing early design input, and navigating the intricacies of district plans and zoning frameworks.

Established in 2004, the firm has grown into a team of approximately 30 professionals, including architects, planners, civil engineers, and landscape designers. They specialise in a diverse range of projects, including single-family homes, multi-unit developments, commercial buildings, and land subdivisions. About the Role
- Competitive base salary $70,000 – $80,000 per annum
- Manage the full resource consent process across a variety of projects
- Provide early planning input to support design and compliance
- Liaise with councils and clients to ensure smooth approvals
- Be part of a small, collaborative team where your input is valued
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience.
- Confident in managing consents from start to finish
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (essential for client work)
- Strong knowledge of district plans and zoning rules
- Experience across a range of projects, including complex and notified consents
- Enjoy working independently in a quiet, focused environment
