The role:

As a real estate sales administrator, you are detail orientated and highly professional, with a passion for helping high performing teams achieve their goals.  A key player in the real estate agency, you thrive on excelling in your responsibilities.  With a focus on exceptional customer service, you will be ensuring transactions are processed quickly and efficiently, whilst maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Prepare sale and purchase agreements and agreements to lease on REINZ
  • Anti-Money Laundering compliance officer
  • Create sales reports, and prepare VPA invoicing
  • Order Titles, LIM reports, & EQC information
  • Manage marketing material for deadline sale, auction, tenders and social media posts
  • Provide general administrative support to the residential and commercial sales team  

Key Skills and Experience:  

  • Strong administrative experience within a professional services environment is essential
  • Organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build genuine rapport with stakeholders
  • Advanced computer skills, knowledge of CRM’s
  • InDesign and Photoshop experience is an advantage
