Job Description

The Role
As our Sales and Business Development Manager, you'll drive growth and forge lasting relationships in the residential and commercial sectors. You'll be responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of facade systems, including:
· Cladding and flashings
· Louvres and screens
· Balustrades and roofing
· Fire-rated aluminium joinery
· Curtain walls and unitised panels

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market presence
· Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and key decision-makers
· Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
· Collaborate with our design and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction
· Contribute to product development based on market trends and client feedback

The Ideal Candidate
· Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the construction or architectural products industry
· Strong understanding of building envelope systems and architectural trends
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
