We’re looking for a Sales & Development Manager to lead a dedicated business unit, leading a small high-performing team while driving growth and maintaining strong market presence.
Your Role in the Business
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a technical focused business unit
- Develop and strengthen long term client relationships
- Seek out market expansion opportunities and promote future-facing products
- Be a visible face of the company at industry events and trade forums
- Support and coach your team of 7, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration
- Oversee budgets and deliver on commercial targets
- Embed a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability
Experience Required
- We’re looking for someone with a mix of commercial drive and strong people leadership:
- Able to build trust quickly and manage long term client accounts with confidence
- Naturally inclusive leader who encourages and uplifts others
- 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role across sales, business development, or operational management
- A background in electrical, utilities, technology or engineering sectors is highly desirable
- Strong communicator comfortable in both boardroom presentations and field conversations
