Sales & Workforce Solutions – Waikato
$70,000 – $75,000 + bonuses and commission

We’re looking for experienced salespeople who know how to sell ideas, services, and themselves. This is not your standard sales job – alongside selling, you’ll also be helping businesses with workforce solutions. If you love dealing with people, closing deals, and having variety in your day, keep reading.

  • Experience selling concepts or services, not just products
  • Confidence with cold calling – this includes door knocking and phone calls
  • Someone who knows their way around social media and can use it to advertise
  • Someone who enjoys being in front of the camera, taking selfies with our stakeholders and making fun, engaging content to share through our marketing team
  • A people person, full of energy, who loves the chase of landing a deal

The people you’ll deal with:

All sorts. Engineers, tradies, people rebuilding their lives, and everything in between. You’ll need to connect with people from all backgrounds and treat everyone with honesty, integrity, and respect – that’s how we work.

The nuts and bolts:

  • Full class 1 driver’s licence needed
  • Shared company vehicles, laptop, and phone provided
  • Around two days a week on the road – rain, hail or shine
  • You’ll visit all sorts of sites – offices, farms, muddy construction sites, workshops, even the roadside. We provide the PPE you’ll need
  • The rest of your week is based in the office – a busy place with walk-ins, calls, meetings, and planning your next sales run
  • You’ll be researching, making appointments, and hitting the phones to sell, sell, sell
The work week:
  • 45 hours, Monday to Friday
  • Occasionally a small amount of weekend work, but weekends are generally yours
  • Every 6 weeks you’ll be on-call, but weekend call-outs are rare

The pay:

  • Starting salary $70,000 – $75,000 depending on your sales experience
  • Team bonuses and commissions kick in after you pass the trial period
